On Thursday, I did the interval climb for 20 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of spinning and then lots of weights. I did abs, three lower body sets (three reps of 8-12 each of squats, leg press, and dead lift) and three upper body sets (three reps of 8-10 of tricep dips, bicep curls, and butterflies). I was really tired by the end of it, but thankfully Fay and I have this thing where we work out and then we sit in the dry sauna for like 20 minutes. If you have some good moisturizing lotion or oil and a deep conditioner, it's some great pampering! Yesteday I did the interval climb, jogged for 7.5 minutes, and did the elliptical for 23 minutes. Today I'm sore. This is great! I'm pretty sure this blog was a strong factor in me doing weights this week, because I definitely had the inclination to skip it on Thursday.
