Ouchies

I'm out of shape (again). Although I've lost weight I've also lost muscle. Yesterday I did a Biggest Loser work out video. I only did about 10 minutes worth and my legs (specifically groin and hamstring) are killing me!!!

  2. That didn't work. Its getting better. What worked the best was sitting cross legged and leaning forward.
