yoga
Today I did some yoga at USC. I tried out a pilates class the other week and had to leave early because my core was weak and it was putting a lot of strain onto a recurring injury I have in my lower back. So needless to say I was worried about yoga today. My back felt fine, thank god, but I've lost some flexibility from a few years ago. I either need to incorporate more yoga or more stretching. I'm thinking about taking 15 minutes in front of the tv at night to stretch out my legs. Any favorites I should try? I really like pigeon as a hip opener, but am looking for more. I might even get ambitious and add 5 minutes of abs, but thats just crazy talk.

What's pigeon? I know the lower body stretches from my Beginner's Yoga DVD. They're good though. Do you want to borrow? Sumit knows some more hard core stuff. He's more serious about yoga than I am. Does the Wii Fit have any? I can show you some stretches I know next week.
