3 days and counting

Sweet. You've been doing yoga. I've been running. I've had a pretty nasty shin splint for the past couple of weeks though, so I've been trying to take it a little easy and my running program is a little off. Will have to cut back from running after the 5K.

  1. Will Dolan told me that writing your ABCs with your toe will help strengthen your shin muscles and reduce shin splints. I don't think it has helped me when I tried it but.....?
