Just got back from the gym. Today I did a 20 minute uphill climb on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the elliptical, and 15 minutes jogging. The uphill climb is a really good interval workout I got from Shape magazine. I do it on the treadmill as a climb, but you can vary it. The idea is that if you have only twenty minutes to work out one day, you should definitely do intervals to get your heart going. I'll give you my exact version.
