Today I did my entire workout on the treadmill. First I did the 20 minute interval climb, then I jogged for 15 minutes and then finished by power-walking for another 15. Afterwards I stretched and did abs. I mixed it up with the abs. I did 12 straight crunches, then twelve to each side for the obliques, then 12 straight but using lower body as well, then 12 bicycles on each side, and then twelve isolations straight (by crossing your legs, you can really target the abs), and twelve straight while rolled on each side. I tried to do some harder abs like lowering your legs, but I was too tired. I finished with some light yoga streches.
