First Day

Hello,
I started today on what I hope is a road to getting in shape. I am really hoping that I continue on this path because it is a shame all this weight that i have gained just from being lazy. This is what i accompliseh today, i can tell that I am severly out of shape.

Stairs 5 minutes (my legs would have given out!)
Abs 4 reps of 15
There was some one the treadmill so I ran home, it was a nice day out.

I miss that tight feeling you get right after a good workout. Let's see if this cross country fitness plan works!
