i hurt myself

I think that i really hurt myself the other day when i was working my abs because now i can't even stretch without it hurting. my goal is to alternate abs and running. So today is ab day because i can not move. i have not formed a workot routine as yet due to fact that i need to ease my body into it, my plan is to add something to the routine every week. this week is running and abs, i will add arms to it next week.
it's hard, after being at work all day all i want to do is sit and unwind when i get home.

  1. Are you cobra stretching? Is it the good sore? Does it hurt when you laugh? I love that sore. I know what you mean about not wanting to work out. If I run today...no, when I run today, it will be in the middle of my experiments, so that means I won't get done until 9. It's easier though on days when I'm staying at Fay's. When I go back to Irvine during the week, the earliest I'm usually home is 7, soetimes 8, so I HATE dragging myself to the gym those days. That's what happened yesterday. :(
