going strong!

So I finally started working out regularly again. I can't tell if it is because of this blog, or a bet I made with my family to lose weight....but I really don't care. I've ran more in two days than I did in the month of January, and am feeling pretty good. I even ran 2.5 miles yesterday on the treadmill, which is making me look forward to a 5K I'm doing in May.

  1. Yah!!! I still need to register for the 5K. And train for it. I haven't ran oustide since it got cold.

  2. I found its way harder to run on the street than on the treadmill. Maybe its all those undergrads that weigh a buck 10 that keeps me pushing myself, I don't know.

  3. The outside works different muscle groups for me, but it's probably because I run much more when I'm outside. I get bored easily on the treadmill.
