Hey guys,
I did some cardio today. My labmate PaoChen and I took a tahitian dance class at USC. It was 45 minutes of booty shaking and hip gyrating. It wasn't the same intensity of running but still it was nice to get moving. I paid for the USC workout program, which is a collection of classes from spin to yoga that I get unlimited access to. Today dance, tomorrow...yoga?spin?pilates? All of the above please!

Yah!!! I've been in the lab twelve+ hours a day since last week including weekends. Tomorrow, I'm going in late and going back to the gym. :) I hate science.
